Kim was very nice and overall we were satisfied with how she took care of our dogs. We would have liked a little more daily information on how our dogs were doing, there were a couple of days where I feel if I hadn’t reached out we would not have heard from her. Also a we only received one picture of one dog the entire time we were gone. Our dogs are like our children so we would have liked a little more positive contact from Kim. We will still consider rebooking Kim.
