How do I even begin to tell you how incredible Kim and David are with animals?!? We have a 2 1/2 year old rescue named Amora. She is my best friend. I work from home and we are always together. When it was finally time to take a vacation, which we desperately needed, my only problem was leaving Amora. She has terrible separation anxiety. I knew it would be extremely difficult for her and it made me almost not want to go away. I did daycare a couple times before we left so Amora could get accustomed to them and see I was coming back. Daycare did not go well. Kim and David were great, but Amora was anxious the entire time. I was still worried about leaving but couldn’t cancel a trip because of our dog. The first few days were hard for Amora. She didn’t eat. Kim and I communicated a lot. I was grateful for the transparency even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Finally, I gave Kim my blessing to do whatever necessary to make Amora eat. Kim did everything she could between treats and trying many different foods. The days went by and Amora improved. Kim and David both worked hard and got Amora eating! By the end, Amora was happy, socializing, playing, and having fun! There were also lots of pictures and videos. If you are seeking a pet sitter, look no further. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were with my girl. I thanked them repeatedly but I didn’t feel like I could possibly express the depth of my gratitude. We picked Amora up today. When I went through her stuff there was even a Mother’s Day card (which is already on the fridge) with her paw and snoot print! They went above and beyond in every possible way!
