Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs my whole life. When I was 21, I got my own golden retriever (Sierra) who lived for 15 yrs. Then we got Oliver (pug) when our son was 4 ( he passed away in 2017) and then a puggle (Bailey) when our son was 10. Unfortunately, Bailey passed away suddenly last week (Oct 7, 2019). I am heartbroken and miss having my girl excitedly greeting me when I get home and cuddling at night. Due to my work schedule (yacht broker) which requires a bit of travel, I'm not going to get a new dog. However, I have a pet friendly apt in Bankers Hill, near Balboa Park, where I could take care of other dogs. I would have to walk your dog in the morning between 7-8 am and afternoon (5:30) so it would need to be a dog that is house trained for a full work day. I realize this won't work for everyone but want to be honest about my availability.

We absolutely loved working with Kim! It was our first time leaving our dog with someone and we felt so calm knowing that he was in good hands. Kim was very flexible and happy to accommodate us by getting to know our dog beforehand. She sent pictures and updates at least once a day and made sure to keep him on his routine. I would go back to Kim every time because she made Milo feel like he was her own! Every time we walk by her house since our stay our pup is pulling to go over to her house, and we could be more grateful!
Kim was great. She sent us updates and took very good care of Coco while we were away. We will definetly book with her again in the future. Thank you Kim.

Love medium sized dogs like Pugs, French Bull Dogs, King Charles Spaniels to name a few but open to any dog that will work in my environment. Dogs that bark excessively, whine and chew furniture won't work out well as I do live in an apt and respect my neighbors.
