Pet care experience
I've had dogs in my life as long as I can remember… I currently have one small senior pup named Caper, a chi-terrier cross with poor vision and no teeth. Caper came to me as part of a rescue from California and there was no doubt I was going to foster fail the little guy❤️ I have had the opportunity to foster other dogs since then- everything from St Bernard's down to chihuahuas! Always such a great experience! Living in Canmore, we have lots of great local places to go for walks, take a swim in the creek, or pop up to Quarry lake Park and hit the dog pond. One of our favorite walks, is to walk along the river, take a little swim at the beach, and check out the elk which are usually along the riverbank.

allergies? can your dog have treats? Benny's? carrots? usual outdoor break schedule ok to walk for 30-45 minutes? seniors less of course depending on mobility chewer? (do i need to hide my shoes?? hehehe) anything else you might thing helpful to ensure happy fun day for your pup?
A typical day
A day in the Life at our house! - I only have my dog + your dog for the day - meet and greet with the local resident - wander around and get to know the joint - toys of every size shape and form available here - healthy treats (Benny's, carrots...) - pet beds galore - outside breaks every couple of hours - 45 min walk mid-day (weather permitting and pet-mobility appropriate) - indoor living room toy toss olympics! - lots of time to snuggle, chill and and nap...

I work full time from home in Healthcare IT. We pop outside a few times a day for a break and get a walk in when weather permits. My little is older- ~13yrs.
