Another great week with Kim taking care of our two kitties. The house is clean, the cats are happy, and we're overjoyed with his work. Kim is exceptional, and we're going to book him again in the future – can't recommend him enough. Please see my previous review for more detail. Thanks again!

Kim is the best, most trustworthy Rover we’ve ever hired. I returned from a three week trip to a clean home and happy cats — which wasn’t a surprise because he documented everything he did. Kim wrote clear notes and took photos *every visit* after cleaning the litter box and vacuuming the area around it, cleaning the cat plates / eating area and providing them with fresh food, bringing in mail or taking out trash, and so on. It was clear that he was actually playing with our cats, as we received many affectionate photos of our cats either in his lap or on his shoulders, enjoying treats, and playing in different ways every visit. When we had to modify our travel plans, he was quick to reply and immediately made the change. He’s communicative, prompt, and compassionate — and he genuinely loves animals. After many experiences using Rover, Kim far exceeded my expectations and I’m thankful for how well he took care of our cats. I plan to stick with him going forward. 6/5 stars.
