Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my entire life, and they usually know from the start that I am "a friendly". I gained a ton of experience being a foster "mom" to dozens of dogs for the Pixie Project. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter. In both situations, I handled all sorts of breeds, sizes and temperaments. Through my experiences with walking, boarding, and playing with SO many dogs, I have learned to recognize when a dog is feeling shy, afraid, or protective; as well as the type of energy I am sending to the dog through the leash. Most importantly, my training and experience has taught ME how to react when dogs are greeting, playing or engaging with people and other animals. Oh yeah, I am also very good with people. And organized too!
Reviews
Kim is great! Very thoughtful, responsible, and an excellent communicator!
Nice to know our cat was well taken care of while we were out of town. We received a message with some photos or a video every day we were gone!
Kim is phenomenal. She is as detail oriented as she is caring, and we are so lucky to have found her! Our kitty developed some seperation anxiety and needed lots of visits and love while we were away. Kim provided just that! We came home to a happy kitty who had left us no “welcome home” presents on the floor, the highest compliment a cat can give a sitter!
Kim was fantastic. We've had a few different Rover sitters to stop by in the past, but Kim was by far the most detail-oriented, cautious, and caring. Felt super confident leaving our dog in her care while we were away.

Information Kim B. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting your dog it important we meet to talk about the facts. How do they interact with other dogs or people when on a leash or playing? Does your dog have separation issues? Any food restrictions (my dog Lucy loves butter but her belly doesn’t)? Do they have a special call-back word or whistle?
A typical day
Based on your dog’s temperament and ability, we will go on walks, visit all the cool neighborhood dog parks i.e., Hosford, Mt. Tabor, Sellwood, and play, play, play! If your dog isn’t in the mood to walk or play, I give great belly rubs and massages.
