Animal lover, rescuer, and whisperer ready and able to offer daily, singe visit, overnight, and long term pet sitting for dogs and cats in your home or mine! One of the most stressful things about traveling is leaving your furbabies behind. Let me help! I pride myself on keeping your pets on their typical schedule. This may be staying in their own home ornament to stay at mine. Caring for pets is a long term passion for me and I am excited to meet you and your pets and help to make your life easier! Why I love dog sitting I have been dog lover and animal rescuer my entire life! My pet sitting experience goes as far back as 6 years old when I began assisting my grandmother with her pet sitting business. In high school, I began to take on some of her business for myself. 30 years later and now have my own business and I also volunteer and foster dogs when I am not pet sitting. Meet my pets 3 cats/2 dogs - dogs must be gentle with cats to board About my yard My backyard is large and fenced in with several trees for shade and a covered patio. There is room to run and play and shady areas for an afternoon nap! My experience administering medication I have administered oral medication as well as shots to several animals. I require a more detailed meet and greet with modeling of the medication administration.

Kim is a rockstar! She has been watching our two fur babies for the past 8 years and we won’t use anyone else. She was amazing with them when they were young and shy…and is amazing with them now as they are older and grayer. The peace of mind we have when they are in her care is priceless!

Our dogs loved Kim! They seemed very well taken care of and she sent us updates and pics every few days. They came home happy, clean, and with no injuries, ticks, etc. which unfortunately they ended up with at other caregivers.
Kim did an amazing job with my 4 cats while I was away for a week. I left her instructions and she followed them to the letter. I loved that she sent me updates daily with pictures and videos. I was very happy that I was able to relax knowing my fur kids were well taken care of while I was away. I will definitely book with her again in the near future! She’s a very considerate sitter! I try to keep your pet in a similar routine to the routine they have in your home. If you have specific training that you are working on or specific behaviors you are trying to curb, I will keep them on those routines and continue to work on those training commands that you are working on at home.

It is always helpful to know a dog's energy level, exercise habits, bathroom needs/habits, and daily routine. I work hard and pride myself on keeping your animals feeling safe and comfortable as close as possible to their usual routine. Dogs must be gentle with cats to board.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I have a walking path of about a mile that I walk dogs near my home. I also allow dog park time at the Edmond Dog Park if your dog is used to going to the dog park. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep where they typically sleep at home...in my bed, on the floor, in a crate...etc! Time I'll spend with your dog I will spend a minimum of 3 hours per day with your pets...however, time spent is negotiable and more time can be given on an as needed basis. For dogs staying in my home, they generally receive 5-7 hours of "people time" daily.

I primarily work from home and am usually gone a maximum of 3-5 hours at a time. I pride myself on spending lots of time with pets in my care.
