Hello lovely dog-owner! 🤩 My name is Kiki, I am 22 years old and I am currently interning at Otrium in Amsterdam. What I am going to tell you now sounds very cliche, yet it is oh so true... ever since I can remember I have been the biggest dog (and animal) lover. Fun fact: as a little child I would always fall on the floor in order to be able to pet a dog, because otherwise I could not reach. The falling on the floor has actually never changed, as I cuddle each and every random dog. Eight years ago we welcomed a Jack Russell in our family, named Jackie. I learned to have full-time responsibility over a dog and the discipline of walking several times on a daily basis came along naturally. Additionally, I have been volunteering at a rescue shelter in Marbella, Spain, for eight years. The shelter has immensely changed my perspective on rescues - the love they give you is simply indescribable. Naturally, I learned how to take care of shy or scared dogs, as I have been a host mom before. Lastly, I rescued a puppy myself whilst living in Shanghai! Ever since I moved away from our Jack Russell I have been wanting to adopt a dog. I enjoy spending time in nature and every time I do I will imagine myself walking with my four-legged best friend. Unfortunately, my lifestyle does not allow me to take care of a dog full-time yet. In the meantime, I have unconditional love and warmth to give to your best friend. I will treat and care for your dog as if it is my own, because we both know dogs are our link to paradise 💫💖
