Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Kieyra, I am 23 years old from Michigan. I moved to St. Pete for the first time for the summer after high school. Shadowing at a local veterinarians office for that summer. I headed back to Michigan to work at my local animal shelter while attending college. During my time in St. Pete I have fostered lots of animals from Pasco county animal services. From kittens and puppies to rabbits and birds. I’m lucky ti have grown up with a deep love and compassion for animals and have all the years of experience with so many animals. I come from a family full of all sorts of pets. When I moved back to St. Pete I started a full time job at the vet clinic I shadowed at. I have since left that job to focus on animal care outside of medicine. I have four cats and a Great Dane of my own at home. Please reach out if you have any questions!

I will not be offering any in home service due to having my senior dog in the house. He’s just turned 16 and likes to keep his routine. So we try not to disturb that too much. Thank you for understanding.

I have no preferences on breed. I would like to know if your animal has any actions, movements, or places they don’t like touched. If anything agitates them or makes them unhappy. If they have any aggression or fear/anxiety I would like to know so I can work with that to keep both me and the animal safe and comfortable.
A typical day
We can go on walks, play outside, cuddle on the couch (if allowed). Play with their favorite toys and do their favorite activities. I love to swim and would love to take your dog to the beach, or in your pool if you have one.

Availability
With having pets of my own at home, I don’t do at home care. I also do not do 24 hour care. I’m able to overnight sit and can stay for 12 hours. Then at no extra cost can do 1-2 drop ins in throughout the day. I am able to accommodate more for puppies and kittens who need more attention.
