I’ve taken care of small and big dogs over the years. I live for the moments to spend time with different kinds of fur babies. I find it best to match the energy which the dog gives off and it’s amazing to see how they react to it.

Kiersten was amazing with our two pups! We were gone for a little over a week and this was our first experience using Rover and she made this experience great! She sent us pictures everyday and kept us updated throughout the week. We came home to two happy pups and a clean house and homemade cookies! We felt super comfortable with her in our home and will definitely be rebooking with her again!
Kiersten was absolutely amazing watching my 11 year old dog while I was away for 10 days. I was nervous as it was the first long period I’d been away from my sweet girl but Kiersten put be at ease the entire time! She was extremely communicative prior to my departure which was reassuring. And while I was gone she made sure to send lots of pictures- I could tell my sweet dog was relaxed and having a great time with her, I think she was even looking for Kiersten to walk through the door when I came home. I will 100% be using Kiersten for any/all dog services in the future. I feel so extremely lucky to have found her!

I find it best to listen and follow very closely to the instructions that are given by the client. Because they know what’s best for their pets. If a client is wanting to have their pet crated, walked, fed, or just looked after I’d be more than happy to do that for them.

I think it’s important to be aware if the dog has any medical needs. As well as it’s good to know if I need to be acting a certain way towards the dog. It’s just really good to know the basics in the rundown of how the dog acts around other dogs or people in general.
A typical day
I love to play with the dogs outside a lot even if it gets a little cold. I have a lot of extra coats and dog booties if needed but I think it’s a really good exercise and entertainment for the dog to still be able to go outside and have some fun. although going outside and giving them a bit of exercise is still good, I like to still sit and cuddle with the dog, or if the dog doesn’t like to cuddle to give them some nap time.

Availability
currently, I am a college student at Messiah University. Most of my days I have a lot of free time and I’m trying to find ways to fill that. I am hoping to be able to spend time with some dogs and hopefully make other peoples lives easier by having someone to help out if they are in need of anything for their pet.
