I feel like I was very clear in my instructions but so many things where misunderstood/missed. My notes included detailed directions on how to get into the complex and where to park, including a picture of the map with the parking highlighted, but Kiersten called my partner to ask where our apartment was. I took the phone and explained, and it was pretty clear that she'd not read the instructions fully. I don't think all 3 cats where given wet food on the last day because one of the plates wasn't down and the water was not filled from the filter (it's a brand new bottle that's still filled). I know it sounds bougie but we use the filtered water because the tap water in our complex is full of lime scale and the cats don't drink it. I don't understand why Kiersten called and texted my partner, rather than communicating with me through the app. I even had the text msgs forwarded to me and I replied directly and still they where contacted. I have our numbers as options in case of emergencies on the notes I gave. I was very flexible in scheduling as I really only needed one visit any time of day, and I appreciate that Rover has tools to let me stay in touch with my pet sitter,and update me on how the visits are going, I do wish those tools had been used or there was a clear communication on why they where not used.

Kiersten sent pictures and text message very often. She walked Dana twice a day and and her kids play with my dog as well. Very flexible with times.
