Kierra was prompt and very easy to coordinate with prior to her stay with us. She stayed with our pups for over two weeks. We returned to healthy pups and our home in good condition. I give her 4 stars instead of 5 overall because there was a communication gap. I would give her less stars on understanding verbal instructions and 5 stars in conflict resolution. We did have relatively small (due to the house over all and what could have happened) but still a fair amount of damages upon return due to our puppies being allowed in areas where they should not have been allowed. However, Kierra and I came to a respectful and swift resolution, and she willingly did what she was able to do to assist us with the damages. After dealing with her through this resolution I would potentially hire her again. As this was my first experience on Rover and hiring a sitter, I have learned quite a bit and would like to advice any new pet owners to the lessons we learned through our first experience. In the future, I will have all my instructions written down, even the most basic ones for any sitter I hire in the future. I will not rely on any verbal communications. As for the Rover guarantee, however, I still am unsure as to how or when that applies to damages. I am still in process with them, but wanted to get Kierra’s review completed.

Oh my! The house was cleaner than when we left!!! She took care of my plant on the patio that needs covered at night. Doesn’t sound like much but it means a lot to me. The pups are happy and healthy. High recommendation for Kierra! She was great!
