Pet care experience
I have been a pet sitter and dog trainer for over seven years. I grew up with rotties, mastiffs, pitties, bulldogs, labs, and hounds. I also volunteered at my aunts humane society and have completed dog behavioral courses and training, specifically in "agressive breeds" or those not rent friendly (pitties, rotties, dobies, etc). Back home I had my own company of long-term pet sitting called Kierra's Kare, but now that I'm a student at USF, that business is on hold. *smoker house friendly*

Kierra has watched my dog Darlene for the past two years and I have never been happier and felt more secure leaving my baby with anyone else. She is attentive, kind, gentle, super respectful and loving with my baby and treats her like she’s her own! I have an enormous amount of comfort leaving my home when Kierra is watching my pet because I know she’s going to be taken care of and in the best hands! I would highly recommend her to watch any of your babies!
Kierra is sweet, joyful and amazing with animals. We have 3 cats and 2 Great Danes; an animal horde if you will. It's difficult for us to get away for a vacation because of the animals. We had a lovely vacay and Kierra did an amazing job with the animals and the house. She sent pictures and kept us updated the entire time we were gone.

Each pet I am chosen to take care of is treated as one of my own!!! When taking care of pets, I ask the owner for an in-depth description of the pets' health, activity level, feeding, pottying, medications, allergies, and many other important facts that may be needed depending on the length of the stay.

If your female pet is in heat I need to know ahead of time. I do prefer not to work with females in heat but I understand unpredictability of their cycles.
A typical day
Your animals will be treated as though they are mine. Mental stimulation and physical activity are most important when taking care of an animals. Animals in my care will also leanr boundaries and basic commands if they are lacking in those skills. I have a few parks I like to take highly active dogs to when house sitting.

Availability
I do work part time and I am also a student. For walking gigs I have scheduled flexibilty but long term pet sitting I will stay at your place and accomadate my schedule as fit. I do not believe in letting the animals go more than 8 hours alone without potty breaks so I priortize timing, however I do not walk dogs for extensive walks in prime hours of our FL heat, unless they have booties.
