I've lived with dogs my whole life! I watch my own dog every day ( his name is Bear and he is a huge yellow lab/golden retriever mix). I've also watched other dogs while helping my mom with Rover over the years, so I have experience with multiple other dogs as well. I really love dogs so I have no problem spending massive amounts of time with them. Dogs are animals who give back what you give to them. Showing care and compassion to a dog is important, because the dog will understand that behavior as the norm, and then both the owner and dog can benefit from a healthy relationship. I practice care and compassion with all dogs, no matter what there background is. I understand that when you are away, you may not be able to show constant care and compassion, and I'd like to be there to bridge that gap so your dog can feel loved, and give that love back.
