Pet care experience
I've grown up with pets (i.e. dog, cat, hamster, bird) for most of my life. I had a rescue family dog for over 10 years and my own pet cat for 3 years yrs before moving to CA. I've pet say for over 30 dogs and over 10 cats, along with occasional reptiles, rodents and even chickens. I know how to read animals and build their trust so that they feel safe and loved.

My cat is quite a shy cat with a very picky attitude towards people. He loved Kiara the moment he saw her at the initial meet and greet, and he also settled in very quickly at her place. Kiara would send me pictures of my cat every evening. I would highly recommend boarding at Kiara‘s place. I know that I would have no problems dropping my cat off with her again.
Spartan really loves being watched by Kiara. He is always excited, she sends wonderful photos while I am traveling, and when I get back he is always wagging his tail. I highly recommend Kiara! She is dependable, dedicated, and flexible when needed. Thank you!
Kiara was great with our kitty! She sent us pictures every day and he seemed very content staying with her while we were away for a week. We would highly recommend her to care for your pet friends - she was friendly, professional, and gave our cat the love and attention he needed, especially after our recent move.
Kiara was amazing! Our dog was so happy when we came home from our trip. She took him on so many great walks and even a little doggy playdate! We received wonderful pictures of him throughout our vacation looking so happy. She followed all instructions and was very communicative. Our dog loved all the snuggles and personal attention. We will definitely book with Kiara again. Highly recommend.

Availability
I'm a social worker for my day job and I enjoy being able to care for pets part-time as well. I live walking distance from Lake Merritt, which is perfect for walks. I'm very responsible and I love taking pet pictures, so you can be sure to get as many updates from me as you'd like.
