Pet care experience
Since being age 8 i have grown up and handled dogs and cats as family members or belonging to friends. Previously working in a cattery and kennels I have been relied upon by family, friends and work to feed, bathe, groom, walk and teach animals. I have history of handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments - be that assisting with dogs such as American bulldogs, Doberman, Labrador’s, Cane corso and Poodles. To add to your peace of mind I am also currently studying Animal behaviour and Biological science at university.

Kiara has been an amazing dog sitter! Right from the start she was really communicative and reassuring, taking the time to understand our dog's needs and personality. From the inital meeting with our dog she engaged really well and it was clear they were a good match! During the stay she kept daily communication with pictures and videos, and updates. I will definitely be asking Kiara to look after Nando again, a really pleasant experience thanks!
Left my dog for a month and she absolutely looked after him I would definitely recommend her and will use her 100% in the future!
Kiara was very professional when Sapphi went to meet her before her stay. She was very friendly and playful with Sapphi. She really set our minds at rest. When we dropped Sapphi off for her stay she ran straight in to Kiara who made a big fuss of her. We were away for the weekend and Kiara kept us up to date with pics and videos of what Sapphi was doing and how she had settled in.
My dog Havi had an amazing day with Kiara, she asked great questions before hand and made sure we were all comfortable. Especially as Havi has separation anxiety and Kiara is very knowledgeable with dog behaviours. We got loads of adorable updates and photos of him over the day which was really thoughtful and reassuring! Havi was really happy to be there, would definitely take him again :)

At my home your pet will be treated as though he/she is my own; this is why I have offered grooming, bathing and walking for free as I am not a kennel or cattery I simply enjoy the company of dogs and cats. As I mentioned he/she would be treated like my own and I wouldn’t not walk my own dog… I live with my partner of 3years in our cosy semi-detached house of three bedrooms. We have a front and back garden. Although the back garden is waiting for new fence panels to be put in the front garden is very large and fenced. I will happily walk your dog twice a day once in the morning once at night. During the day of the few hours I am at university I will keep your dog/cat in the kitchen enclosed for their safety and security, although if you would prefer your dog to be kept in a crate we could discuss that further. I love to know more about your dog. If they have any behavioural issues that we can continue to work on whilst in my care. Do they suffer with anxiety? If so we could meet before hand to help them feel better when they come to stay over or go for walks.
A typical day
I think all dogs deserve mental and physical stimulation. I really enjoy seeing dogs do what they do best (using their noses) it’s great to see their brains working. Typically we will go for two walks a day (three if large breed). Here they’ll get lots of physical and mental stimulation through the different smells. If your dog loves running please let me know because I do too! And this is something I’d love to do with your dog. We have a large garden which I love to play games in and if required we can always have a groom after walks.

Availability
My name is kiara like out of lion king 2 ahah. I am a currently studying 3rd year in biological science and Animal behaviour bachelors. I have a lot of time for your dog or cat as my days are usually split as lectures begin at 9am and end at 11am. I will tailor my days best to your pooch and do my best to offer you the best service. To add I also work a part-time job on Saturdays (10am-4:30pm). To add I also have a cat called Charlie, he is an outdoors cat therefore doesn’t come in the house much.
