I recently had Kiana take care of my cats while I was away for a week, and I couldn't be happier with her service! She was so communicative, friendly, and reliable throughout the entire process. I felt completely comfortable leaving my cats in her care, and she did not disappoint. She even sent me updates and pictures of my cats during each visit, which was such a nice touch. I could tell from the pictures that my cats were happy and well-cared for, even my skittish one who rarely comes out for strangers. When I got home, everything was just as I left it, and the cats were relaxed and content. I would definitely use Kiana's services again in the future.
