I am extremely upset with the level of professionalism from khalis. I booked her service on feb 8th 2020. I didn’t realize she was so young but that was ok with me. I met her grandmother during her orientation and talked with her because she wanted to know who’s home this young lady would be staying at. I believe I was more than nice to her. I can say from the pictures she did her job and was nice to my pets. I received a text from her stating she would come the following evening after her first and I responded sure you can come and even clarified and tried to call her but her phone went to voicemail after several rings. I messaged her on this app to confirm. Do you know this young lady never called me back after telling me she would come. Now prior to her confirming she would work the evening of the 9th she was a excellent communicator never missed a call from me nor text message when she worked with my animals. I understand Khalis is young however if a dog or cat mom books your service you have to be more responsible or don’t tell me that you are coming then go ghost. I am a professional nurse and don’t appreciate being lied to nor you just not responding this is not cool on so many levels. My neighbor ended up coming to see about my dogs. Khalis bought my dogs treats which they didn’t eat but I thought it was a nice gesture but then promises to watch them on the 9th and completely ghost me. I did pay her. I live in a nice home and my dogs are sweet. I have a 12 year old elderly Yorkie that doesn’t need much and a 9 week old standard poodle. I can say she was great with them. As for reliability I wouldn’t rebook her after what she just did. I understand she’s 19years old but has to learn responsibility. This wasn’t cool at all.
