I thrive off of dog fur and kisses!

Pet care experience

My cover photo: During the time that I worked at Furkids Animal Rescue, I fostered a little chihuahua that gave birth to one pup! It's a lovely experience, helping a nursing mom ? Hi there! Ive been working with dogs for the last 5 years! I've also been working with the organization PupWalkr for the last few weeks! They specialize in walking, sitting, and overnight boarding, so this is far from my first rodeo ? Dog Boarding: 1 year. In this position, I learned the status quo of the care that we would all want our dogs to be provided. Vet Care: 1 year. In this position, I learned a few basic emergency care methods that I have rarely had to use! My goal is to keep it that way by keeping your pup safe! Shelter Work: 3 years. Working in a dog shelter gave me access to many avenues for improvement and learning. I learned how to read our canine friends' body language and how to interpret those signals to decide the best, safest way to approach them! Shelter work is trial by fire! It taught me to be prepared and to stay alert!

Information Keyonna P. would like to know about your pet

Ideally, the following information would be communicated to me: - Bite/Fight history (if any, and what caused it) - Any history of aggression towards people or animals - Is your dog all bark and no bite? - Do they chase cars/small animals? - Is there a specific trail you would prefer I walk your pup(s) on? - Is there a specific dog park you wouild prefer I take your pup(s) to? No detail is too small, and having worked with shelter dogs, who came from all backgrounds and walks of life, I am more than used to the quirky kiddos that sometimes cross my path!

A typical day

One of my favorite things to do with my personal dogs is a monthly trip to Starbucks for a puppaccino! I think it's absolutely adorable when their eyes get big on that first bite. If this is something you would like for me to do for your dog(s), then I am more than happy to. Brusters also provides doggy ice cream.
