Keyera watched Penelope "Penny" for two nights. During that time, I received one update the first day telling me Penny was being very good (no picture) and one update the second day with a picture of her looking miserably dehydrated. Later that night, I received a message telling me that Penny had an accident on her bathmat and scratched the front door. I was very surprised to hear about the scratching since this has never been an issue at my house or at any other dog sitter's home. I agreed to pay $50 to Keyera so she could buffer the door and buy a new bathmat. This morning when I picked up Penny, her tail was between her legs and she was trembling (which didn't stop for over an hour). Then, I got home and opened the bag I had given Keyera with all of Penny's things only to find that none of her food had been eaten, her vitamin had not been given, and her greenie had not been given. Sometimes Penny doesn't eat her meals but she NEVER misses a vitamin or greenie since she loves those so much. I strongly urge you not to leave your dog with Keyera and have learned a very important lesson about vetting sitters before trusting them with our precious babies.
