Not an optimal experience. Can’t say I fully fault Keyana here, but I feel more could have been done to provide a safer experience. I will say she is very knowledgeable and good with the dogs that stay with her. The trouble came with the fencing situation (jumping over) and our dog getting out several times. After the first situation this should not have been allowed to occur again. Our dog is not a large dog by any means either, so I can’t imagine this is the first occurrence of this happening. No real alternative arrangements were made and we did not feel comfortable with the situation causing us to end our stay early.

Keyana and her partner did an incredible job caring for my Great Dane and Husky! They were very responsive and able to accommodate last minute changes to the booking which we really appreciated. At the drop-off, we were able to stay for the introduction between our pups and her dog as well as the other dogs in their care. It gave us a chance to make sure everyone got along and also allowed us to get to know Keyana and Derrell more. We felt so comfortable leaving them and it made our trip so much better knowing they were in good hands. She also has an incredible space and large backyard which we know our pups enjoyed!!
