My wife and I are very excited to be a part of Rover and have the opportunity to get to know some new dogs. My wife's cocker spaniel, Delilah, recently passed away from old age (15) and we miss the presence of a smaller dog in our home - but we are not yet ready to get a new dog. We currently have a 7 year old German Shorthaired pointer, Weiss, who is excellent with other dogs. He is friendly, gentle, and most importantly, he knows how to respect other dogs space. We know he misses his old friend and he is very excited to socialize with some new dogs. We have a medium sized house with a fenced in yard and are home frequently throughout the day.
