Please note that with my services an overnight stay is determined using a daily rate. Additional charges may be applied if stays surpass the 24 hours. For example, if you drop off your pup on a Friday at 3pm, that starts the first day. Saturday at 3pm starts the second day and Sunday at 3pm would start day three. So, if you pick up on Sunday before 3pm, you'll only be charged for two days. If you pick up after that, you'll be charged for the third day. Obviously, I'm always willing to talk about this further and negotiate based on pick up and drop off times! If you have more than one dog...GREAT! I have worked in the pet care industry and have been a loving pet parent for many years as well. I grew up with dogs as a child and in middle school and high school. I took care of my neighbors' dog for over 5 years starting when I was 13. I would walk him daily, play, feed, and occasionally do over nights with him. Then, after college, I worked as a dog walker in NYC for a year. After that, I became an assistant manager at a doggy day care and gym in NYC. On a daily basis, our facility would care for the wellness and exercise of up to 100 dogs. I left that position and became the general manager of a high volume pet company store. At that position, I've built relationships with many wonderful adoption agencies, learned a great deal of information on pet health and nutrition and worked very closely with our on-site trainer. I have experience with cats as well. I recently moved to Charlotte and am currently working as a comedian and actor as I start my own theater company. I teach improv and acting as well. I had two dogs when I was younger... Cassie and Mitch. I loved both of them dearly but was very young when my family had them. When I was 13, I began to care for our neighbors' dog Jackson, a beagle. I would care for him on a daily basis with walks, feedings, play time, occasional overnight stays, for the next five years until I went to college. After college, I became a dog walker in NYC and grew very close with my dogs.
