If you don’t love animals, then please do not become part of the Rover caregiver community. We entrusted Kevin to housesit with our two dogs while our family was away on Easter vacation. During our meet and greet we presented Kevin with our contract which stipulated that our dogs were to be fed and let out at specific times during the day, and we entrusted him to provide TLC while we were out of town. Prior to his stay we asked that he provide a list of foods so he would have breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for his stay with our pups. This would allow him more opportunity to engage with two dogs and as a benefit to him. In short… Kevin did NOT let our dogs out for over 8 hours. Did NOT feed our one dog with digestive issues for over 8 hours. Kevin provided NO TLC to our dogs, PERIOD. However, Kevin did enjoy the food we provided. Having observed Kevin's timelines on our security system, I flew back home; leaving my family so they could enjoy their Easter vacay. I waited eight hours for Kevin to return to my home and immediately terminated the contract for breach of terms. Shameful!!!!
