I’ve lived with 3 dogs at a time, 7 in my total life time, constantly ever since I was 6. Now that I’m 18, I’ve gained the knowledge on taking care of dogs of different breeds and sizes. When walking dogs, I always bring water with me to make sure we both stay hydrated. I never yank the leash or pull forcefully that could harm the dog in any way. I’m making sure they pee and poop and positively reinforce them. I also bring toys to play with if we stop by a park.

A typical day
I enjoy taking walks around the college campus I live at, and the town surrounding since it’s a lovely town. I’d take them on walks with me around the campus, and stop by a few parks. If provided, I could play with them with their toys and keep them stimulated. I also enjoy relaxing with the dog and hanging out with them either at the park or back at my room.

Availability
I’m currently a full time student in College at Nebraska Wesleyan University while also running track and field. Wednesday’s, I get done with class at 1:30 and can walk between 3-10pm. On the weekend, I’m usually still in town. If I’m not, I’m back in my hometown visiting my parents (which will be communicated prior to scheduling a walk). When I’m in town I’m mostly available at anytime from 6am-10pm. As an athlete, going on runs is common for me, so having a buddy with me would only make it better.
