Last summer, Kevin saved my family trip when our usual dog-sitter canceled last minute. My family and I were going to Florida for a long weekend of family fun, and of course my dog Jeter cannot come for the plane ride. Jeter gets very home sick, so we needed a sitter who was local in South Jersey. He gets extreme anxiety when we are not home. He is known to go to the bathroom throughout the house and bark for hours when he knows we are away. Unfortunately, we could not find anyone. I just happened to be on the phone with Kevin and telling him about my situation, since he was living in Hartford, CT at the time. I did not think to ask him, but Kevin offered to drive down and watch him without me having to ask. I warned him of my dogs issues when we are away for a long time, he told me not to worry. He drove down the next day, the night before our flight, and stayed in the house with Jeter for the weekend. Kevin told me when we left Jeter started to fuss and whimper a bit, but after a few hours he became comfortable with Kevin watching him for the long weekend. I would absolutely have Kevin dog-sit for me again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog-sitter.
