Pet care experience
Since my old boy passed on at the end of 2022 at the age of 13 I've been missing pets in my day to day life and I think Rover is a good way for me to get my animal fix before I breakdown and adopt another pet :) He was a yellow lab and I had him since the day he was born and I also had a sweet chocolate lab who passed about 10 years ago. I also had a very silly cat named Dexter so I'm flexible as far as cats/dogs and the kitten/puppy through senior citizen spectrum. I'm willing to play, walk, or jog with your pet depending on their needs. I'm able to drop in any time from morning through the end of the day for walks or visits and I was particular about my pets' diets and health needs and offer the same attention and respect to those of your pet(s). Can't wait to set up a meet and greet!

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin. When we did our 1st meet & greet Louie can be over-protective of me especially when it comes to men specifically. Louie did not even bark, he immediately accepted Kevin who has a very calming, chill vibe with my dogo. We had to take an 8-day trip out. of town, and Kevin was responsible, and caring towards my 11-year Chocolate Lab. He was a pleasure to work with and we are booking him again, he even was willing to pick. us up at DIA when our plane came in. I highly recommend Kevin for all your petsitting needs he truly connected with Louie and there is something to be said about that. So happy we found him!
I have known Kevin all his life and he has always loved dogs. He had his first dog when he was in middle school and then took care of his own dog for thirteen years. Kevin misses his dog now and would be so happy to take care of someone else’s dog.
Kevin is a loving pet owner and an equally caring pet sitter. He is known to open his home to friends and their dogs without hesitation. His mellow demeanor makes Kevin a great presence for pets.

I don''t let them loose but if there is an enclosed area I can use to throw a ball in then I'll take advantage of that space. Alternatively, we will get our exercise on the leash unless advised otherwise. I also stick to feeding the pet according to their normal diet.

A typical day
Walks, throw the ball or frisbee, hang out at the park, tug of war, and/or anything else suggested. I’m flexible regarding places to go on walks.

I’d like to do about 3 afternoon visits or walks on weekday afternoons or evenings but I’m pretty flexible in general and don’t need much notice.
