Pet care experience
Avid lover of dogs, the outdoors, and especially the combination of both. I’ve owned two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Kona being the current one, over a 12 year span and had a childhood dog. I’ve used Rover the past 10 years myself during business travel - and know how challenging it can be to find someone who checks all the boxes and who lives in an environment that is dog friendly. I keep a clean house, love getting the dogs out for walks and play time, have a fenced in backyard, work from home, and am here to support all your pets needs.

Kevin was such a great dog sitter for my border collie, Frankie! She can be a bit nervous about time away from me but he made both of us feel so comfortable from the get go. Kevin’s communication was proactive and prompt. He responded to messages in a timely manner and provided me with multiple updates and pics throughout the weekend. It was apparent that Frankie was getting lots of good walks and play time with the other dogs Although Frankie is sweet and friendly, she is not overly affectionate with people that she does not know well. That is the reason for which I was so pleasantly surprised when Frankie excitedly smothered Kevin with kisses when he approached the van window in order to deliver her frisbee (she can also be protective of the van). I would highly recommend Kevin for your pet sitting needs.
Kevin looked after my dog like it was his own . My dog came back very happy . I would definitely recommend him to watch your pets. All great !
Kevin was the best!! He was an amazing communicator and kept me updated all week with photos and videos. Even more, his dog Kona was extremely sweet and gentle with my little 6 pound dog. I would recommend him a thousand times over!

A typical day
Wake up - walk the dog. Stop at a field in the morning for some off leash play time. If your dog is not good with off leash playtime that’s ok - I’ve got a fenced in backyard for them! I go for an evening walk as well.

I work from home and give plenty of attention to any dogs in my care. My dog gets multiple walks per day and open field off leash play time.
