Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved being around pets. Unfortunately due to my living situation growing up, I could not have a pet of my own. That said, whenever I get the chance to be around others' pets, be it when visiting family and friends or more recently helping others in taking care, I always give them all the love I can. I started doing Rover hoping I could make a small living from this love of being around fluffy friends. The jobs I have worked always lacked that reason to get up in the morning besides collecting a paycheck and this is the first one that I actively look forward to my work. Help me help you, take care of your fluffy friends.

Kevin’s walked my six year old Corgi Cody for nearly a month now and it’s been a wonderful experience! Kevin’s timely and willing to be flexible if possible. Kevin is responsive, patient and very loving toward Cody, who’s always excited to see him.

I will play with and give many pets too the dogs I service. When on walks I try to go to nearby parks when possible. While I do try to keep treats on me incase I need to engage with negotiations or too reward very good behavior I tend to be more conservative with them as I prefer positive verbal reinforcement over giving treats given past experience with treat hungry dogs.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or likes to misbehave. While I will put my foot down if needed, it is something that I do not like to do. The best way for me to accommodate is to know in advance
A typical day
When I take a dog on a walk, I generally try to change up my route to keep things interesting. If I find interesting locations I will try and frequent them when I can, be it a lake or park.

My schedule is Monday- Friday during the day, while my profile says 11am - 3pm I am able to extend a bit past those times if I need to be flexible.
