No formal dog or house sitting jobs in the past, although there has never been a time in my life I have not been in close proximity to dogs or cats and there have never been any issues. Strong enough to handle difficult to walk dogs.

Availability
Currently in school for chiropractic where my mornings and afternoons are clear. And my mid-day afternoons are variable and fluid. I don't need much of a heads to book. I can walk in the morning before noon or evenings, depending on my patients schedule.
