My family runs boarding kennels in the Northern Irish countryside and it was here growing up that I gained my deep love of working with dogs. I have experience of most breeds, including puppies, senior dogs and those with illnesses and disabilities. I was a lead volunteer with Battersea Cats and Dogs Home for four years, where I saw first hand the very best practice in animal care, which informs my own work. While most of my work is with dogs, I do have a lot of experience with cats too. Additionally, I’ve looked after gerbils, rabbits and tortoises in the past! I live close to Myatt’s Fields Park and Elam Street Open Space, and within easy walking distance of some of south London’s most dog-friendly parks including Burgess Park and Ruskin Park.
