I do not have enough great, superlative words to describe our experience with Kevin. In arranging our meet and greet, he was very prompt and polite. We met in person with our dogs and it went really well. I showed him one of our morning routes, he held the lead for our corgi and I walked our other dog. He was attentive and careful and asked a lot of questions which gave me comfort in terms of what he needed to look out for. We eventually booked him. On the day of our trip, the dogs were already so excited to see him and greeted him at our door. While we were away, Kevin sent us regular updates and photos, describing what they did on the walk, when they ate, how they slept and played. Our corgi can be quite stubborn but is sweet. He likes to sleep next to or even on top of guests. He did the same to Kevin and he didn’t mind at all. He even communicated the not-so-great things that happened with our second dog, a rescue dog who has some insecurity and abandonment issues. He had a little pee accident on the blanket which Kevin used (I felt so terrible!) but Kevin didn’t panic. He laundered the blanket, gave the dog extra attention and cuddles to build trust, and sure enough no other accidents happened after. He’s a true pro and a really kind person altogether. Also, his last day with our dogs also happened to be his birthday!! The fact he spent part of his day with our dogs meant so. He gave us peace of mind and I would absolutely trust our dogs with him again. Thank you so much Kevin!
