Hi, It’s Hiromi! I have been around animals from a young age helping to feed my neighbors’ pets when they are out of town for short trips in Japan. My husband, Kesson also has about 10 years of experience with dogs. He grew up in Hawaii with dogs as pets, where there is a lot of nature and places to walk and play. I started Rover April 2022, And we have been watching more than 150 dogs so far. We don’t have any pets, but we treat all dogs that have time with as a part of the family. Thankfully we spent almost every day with our guests (dogs) this year! I have experience with many type of dogs, so please feel free to contact me if your dog needs special care. Our experience: Give medication / Senior / Deaf / Blind / Unvaccinated puppies / Not fixed / Unsociable / Need 1on1 care ※Additional fees may apply depending on needs of pet. ※Special care may not always be possible depending on existing reservation schedule, but please and ask and we can check.

Hiromi and Kesson were amazing with Cane! This was his first experience with Rover, and he has never stayed with anyone other than family. They provided video and photos everyday of him throughout his day, eating, playing, walking, sleeping. I appreciated their care of him so much. He looked so happy to be there as if he found a second family. We were so glad that we booked with them.
Kesson and Hiromi were great. We highly recommend them.
Kesson & Hiromi were awesome and took really good care of Valentino. They made sure we were update with regular pictures and short videos. They definitely made our stress lessen specially with our senior dog who requires a lot of attention. They are real great!!!!!

We live in a house with a gated yard. There are several community parks nearby so it’s easy to take a walk in the neighborhood. Other notes: ・OUR AVAILABLE DROP-OFF AND PICK UP TIMES ARE 7am-10pm. Pick up and drop offs outside if these times will are possible for an extra fee. ・We value our privacy and will REFUSE REQUESTS TO SHOW OUR HOUSE / PROPERTY. ・For meet & greet, after 5pm on weekdays. Can you bring these things for your dogs’ stay? ・Well-fitted Collar with ID ・Harness ・Food ・Treats ・Favorite toy ・Chew toy ・Bed or crate ・Poop bags ・pee-pads if needed Instagram: @alldogsarefamily （Updated in December 2023）

A typical day
I take the dogs for walks in the mornings and evenings, and let them play around the house and yard. I keep my home and yard clean so that your dogs stay clean and safe. We love being around animals and want them to have fun so sometimes we take them for car rides, hiking and restaurants around town.
