Dogs have been in my life since I was little. My family has cared for multiple dogs while I was growing up and well into my adulthood. We've provided loving homes to puppies and rescue dogs. I have on numerous occasions taken care of dogs who have belonged to family and friends. I currently don't have a dog (yet). My family (who live in the metroplex) have 2 dogs, who I love like they were my own. I spoil them more than my nieces (don't tell my sister...)

I live in an apartment, so leash walks are the main source of exercise for the dogs I watch. There is a dog park next my complex, but would only take you dog if you were comfortable with that. I live in a quiet and super dog friendly location. I'm close to the Katy Trail for convenient and safe walks. I've also mapped out alternative walking paths in my neighborhood that avoid busy streets that are safe for walks.

A typical day
Long strolls on Katy Trail, Lakeside Park, White Rock Lake, Prather Park, Freedom Dog park and Maple Creek Trail, plus chase, fetch, and the always popular, tug-a-war.

I currently work full-time, and in the office from 8:30-5:00PM. I have an hour lunch break, but live 7 minutes from work. I can easily use this time to drive home let your dog out.
