Pet care experience
My dog and I are a certified pet therapy team through Pet Partners. I have a master's degree in education and am a licensed special education teacher. My husband is a retired supervisor from General Electric and we absolutely adore our rescue dachshund boy. Our children are grown however, we had pets (cats, dogs, hamsters, gerbils, and rabbits) their entire childhood. We spent the summer caring for folks in need of care for their animals. I enjoy taking my dachshund for a walk however, with his little legs we can't go far. Is your boy or girl blessed in taller stature? I can take him or her for a nice long walk. I would prefer to stay close to your pet's home rather than transport to a nice dog or city park but am willing to do so. Your pet will receive my full attention whether it be 30 minutes or overnight. I am willing to care for animals who reside off the "beaten path" like Atwater, Deerfield, North Benton, Palmyra, Sebring, Alliance, Newton Falls, Charlestown, Edinburg, Mogadore, Tallmadge, Hudson, Solon, Twinsburg, and Macedonia.

I had 4 large dogs, a yellow lab, 2 golden retrievers, and a German shepherd, they ranged in weight from 86 pounds to 130. They were inside dogs and took considerable care daily, fresh food and water, grooming, and one was diabetic and needed 2 shots a day, a lot of responsibility and Kerry is one of a very few people I would ever consider leaving them with. They had a large fenced in yard which needed to be cleaned as well. Kerry is a loving dog caregiver, loves to walk and even trained her own dog to be a therapy dog in hospitals, retirement homes, etc. Unfortunately, I lost the last of my beloved dogs recently. I am now the proud "Mom" of 3 cats and Kerry takes excellent care of them. She even texts me pictures so I know my cats are comfortable and well cared for with her. If you need someone you can trust your pets with, I highly recommend Kerry!
I was so grateful that Kerry and Chris Davis were able to spend time with our family pets. I had been around them before and knew they were animal lovers. When my wife and I wanted to take a 3 week cross-country trip in a rented RV, we knew it would only be possible if we found great caregivers for our dogs. Mission accomplished. Kerry and Chris did great work and look forward to extruding our four-legged family members to their care again.
