Pet care experience
I've been taking care of animals since I got my first dog at the age of 8. I live with cats and I am taking care of two kittens as I write this profile! I am an athletic person so I can handle big/high-energy/playful dogs. I love going hiking in the area and beyond and would be happy to take your dog with me if that was something you and your dog would like. I grew up with rescue dogs of various mixed breeds, so I have a soft spot for rescues. Currently, I cannot have a dog of my own due to living restrictions. I love dogs a lot and would be glad for the opportunity to take care of your pups :)

Size Temperament Leash behavior (Does your pup pull on the leash? How strong are they? How do they react to an interesting squirrel or dog on the other side of the road?) What makes your dog anxious or unhappy? How do they get along with other dogs? Favorite toy/treat? Do I have permission to take your dog places in my car? If so, how do they behave in a car? Do you normally leash them to seats/keep windows closed?
A typical day
I love long walks! When housesitting, I generally try to take dogs for at least one hour long walk per day, and send pet parents pictures of our walk! I go hiking often and I am happy to take your dog on long walks in the area. Let me know if you have suggestions! If your dog is good on a leash and has energy to burn, I can also take them running with me :)
