Behavior: It would be important to know your dogs temperament; how they react to other dogs, large and small. Is your dog anxious when separated from you? in new places? around new people or other animals? what are the command words your dog responds to? ie. sit, down, stay, etc... What level, if any of obedience does your dog perform at? Would you like me to work on basics during visits? Are there any behaviors to watch out for? ie. house manners like counter surfing, marking, excessive barking, door dashing- Leash manners ie, pulling, car chasing... Answering these question will help keep your dog safe, ensure a stress free stay for a nervous pup and allow me exhibit the propper energy and body language to match your dogs needs. Habits: What is your dogs personality like? High energy? vocal? timid? Tell me about about your dogs normal routine. How does your dog communicate? What is your dogs drive? Food or prey? Is your dog territorial or possessive? Does your dog become food or toy aggressive/reactive? Will your dog allow me to touch its paws or remove something from its mouth if necessary? Do you have a super chewer? Please do not hesitate to let me know if their are any types of toys you do not wish for your dog to play with, or if they have a favorite or special toy you'd like to provide for them. Diet: If there are allergies or dietary restrictions, I am happy to accommodate their needs. Rain, shine, dark, light, ice or snow I can develop a daily routine to keep your dog stimulated and exercised. I have various Doggie puzzles, games, toys and obstacles. There is space inside and outside for play. My home is located steps from a large park and minutes from various walking paths and trails.
