Safe & Happy-In Good Hands Hi there! We're Kerri and Tayler (2 humans that love animals, plz don't worry, we don't switch sitters. So who you book is the Sitter you get for the entire time). We have only been on Rover for several months, but we have well over 30 years of experience. We are members of the Professional United Pet Sitters LLC, and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and attended International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) conferences. Kerri has animal CPR training, service animal training and worked with SCART/ CART/ spcaLA and is DART certified (Humane Society- Disaster Animal Response Team). Your pet will be treated like family and given a lot of love and reassurance! We are responsible, professional, and loving sitters that will form a bond with your pet. We are calm, respectful, assertive, and fun. I can assure you that your best friend will be in a safe and loving environment. The safety of your pet is always our main concern. We are aware of the pitfalls when walking and training (from other animals, vehicles, people, trash, stagnant water, toxic plants, broken glass, burrs, etc.). We are in the Huntington Beach area (and within 10 miles thereof). If you are outside this area (or it takes long than 15-20 minutes of travel time one way), we will still consider the sitting but request compensation for extra mileage. We're happy to answer any questions via text or phone call. We ask you to request a walk to meet in person or for a Meet and Greet. If the meeting goes well and you book the our services, we will credit this fee (minus the nominal amount to cover our expense -gas/time) to the booking. We do not book blind sittings - we need to meet the pets and see where we will be staying first, as this is a safety issue. So excited you’re considering us ! We do sitting, walking, drop-ins and training. Overnight sitting for when you are on vacation: the last thing you want to worry about is your pets! We want you to have peace of mind while you travel, so we do regular updates with pictures. We will work with you to learn about your pets and their routines, your home, and what you want from a pet sitter. Together, we will discuss what your needs are and customize a plan that will provide specialized pet sitting for you and your pet/s. Overnight Sitting, is around $85 -115 (+) for 12-15 hrs. ($5-$7/per hour @ night) and includes (but is not limited to) lots of playtime and cuddles(!), walks, feeding & fresh water, exercising, clean up, providing company, monitoring health, administering medications or other special care. We can also do basic house sitting such as bringing in the mail, newspaper, lights on, watering plants, bringing in packages, etc. We will arrive early evening around 7-9 pm and stay until the next morning to around 7-9am. We can sleep in your bed or in a guest room or wherever you are comfortable with. If your pets like to sleep on bed, we are all for it- more cuddling! We just ask that you please have fresh sheets, and we will wash or strip them for your return (whichever you prefer). We offer Day walks, Day Drop In visits, extended Drop-Ins, and extended overnight Pet Sitting. Extended Overnight Sitting Services and 24/7 special care also. This can be anything from one visit a day for shy cats to overnight stays with multiple day visits for puppies or even 24/7 special-care. We can do vet appointments or hospital visits, we have even done a wedding sitting (prices vary). Our dogs are well cared for and watched over by our family when we sit. We have been around animals our whole lives and we absolutely love spending time with them. We have experience with every stage, from puppies to seniors and welcome all sizes. We have been doing this for a long time and have had our own company for 6 years now. Kerri is originally from the Mid-West and grew up around animals and riding horses. We love all animals: young, old, big, and small. We understand animals better than humans! We have been able to call everything from 5 Rottweilers, an American Pit Bull, an Irish Setter, a Cocker Spaniel, 3 Little Boston’s, a Lab, a Terrier, and a Husky my family (and other animals!). Max is born and raised in Huntington Beach, Ca. and has owned Rottweilers and Pitbull’s, and is a cat ❤er! We do send out an individual and custom information /instruction sheet just for your pet when we sit and ask you to fill it out. Can’t wait to meet you and your baby/babies ❤️.
