I’ve been the resident dog sitter at my gym for 10 different dogs over the past two years! I have a border collie of my own and we go to parks, the gym, biking, walks, or an agility course daily.

Kerri amazed us with how fast she gained our rescues’ trust and took excellent care of their special needs. They really took to her. We felt confident being away from home knowing she was taking care of our dogs and the house. She sent updates and pics every day, and she left the house clean and tidy to welcome us back home.
Stop your searching because Kerri is the person you are looking for! I’m new to Austin and was nervous leaving my dog for the first time and Kerri made me feel so comfortable with routine updates and pictures. Gus was in great hands with her and we came back to a very happy dog and tidy home. I think he’s sad that we are back and Kerri isn’t here! Will definitely be asking Kerri to watch Gus in the future!
Kerri was so great with our dogs!! They loved her and seemed so happy and content while we were gone. They got lots of cuddles, exercise, and play time! Kerri sent many pictures every day and told us daily about how the boys were doing. We are so thrilled with how easy Kerri made everything and how we were not worried at all about having her dog sit in our home! Kerri is awesome!!

I am very respectful of others homes and have stayed at several of the families I dog sit and babysit for. I feel that the more time spent with dogs the less anxious they will be that their families are away. For our border collie, a busy and entertained dog is the best dog!

I think it’s important to know if they are food aggressive, dog aggressive, nervous around sounds or new people, allowed on furniture…and the commands families use to help reinforce good communication with their dogs (as well as all the ridiculous names you call them❤️)
A typical day
My boyfriend, dog and I are super active! we love, biking, walks, hikes, skiing, climbing, paddleboarding, coffee shops, breweries, and gymin’. I avoid water in all seasons with pups (due to algae concerns) but other than that I talk to each family regarding their dogs preferences, what they love best, and if they’re comfortable with me bringing them anywhere
