We have had dogs and cats most of our lives. Jay works from home and I work from home a couple days a week. We have decided it’s time for them to have friends and this seems like a good way to go about it. Our 70# dog (George) and 1 eyed cat (Willie) are both lovers. George is super derpy. Ya know, the big lap dog that likes to sit with you in the recliner. We consider them our kiddos. George is very socialized… spends time at the Hound Lounge on occasion and loves the dog park.

Dear Rover, I'm so happy to share my testimonial for Kerri with you. I've known Kerri for several years and during that time we have spent a lot of time together. Her dog, George, is so loved and cared for and her cat, Willy, is such a sweet boy. When my husband and I are called out of town Kerri is the first person we call to watch our own fur boys. She is so good with our two cats. One of our boys is very skittish but he doesn't hide when "Aunt Kerri" comes over. She doesn't just feed the boys and leave, she stays and plays with them and we have peace of mind when she watches them. Kerri also watches dogs for others and they have such a great time with her. We fostered a dog for a while and going to see Kerri's dog was such a highlight for her. They would run around Kerri's fenced yard and have such a good time. Kerri has experience with highly-strung, excitable dogs with previous trauma and I highly recommend her as someone who will walk or watch anyone's animal with the same love and care that the owner would. We feel the same about Julian “Jay”!
Kerri has watched my dog Smuckers for me multiple times. He’s a senior, retired sled dog with troubles holding himself up and sometimes issues getting outside for the bathroom. Despite these challenges that Smuckers presents, Kerri has been more than willing to help with him. She takes great care of him, ensuring he’s walking around, feeling included, and getting time outside. Always has a great time when he’s over.

A typical day
Typical day around the house is playing with tug toys, feeding treats and giving up lots of space on the couch for naps. We play in the yard (when there isn’t snow) and go for short walks around the neighborhood.

Jay works from home full-time and I work from home a couple days a week. Really, that means someone is here all of the time. My car is dog friendly. We are middle aged and responsible (ha!).
