Pet care experience
Hi! I am an animal lover, as a grew up on a small farm with a multitude of different animals in Southern California. My love for animals is exponential, as I don’t currently have any furry friends of my own. I enjoy being outside - whether that’s spending time on a walk or a good ol’ fashion game of ball in the back yard/park. I am a previous volunteer at the Humane Society and dog sitter for family and friends. I now volunteer at the Helen Woodward animal shelter. I work as a nurse practitioner, so compassionate care is second nature for me - I’m also fully capable to handle your pet’s healthcare needs. I’m also a firm believer in communication, including sending pet photos and updates during your stay. After all, they are apart of our families! We are a pet and child free home. Keri was a great host to my little four-legged friend. She sent us pictures with updates on how he was doing during his stay..... very impressed with Keri!
Keri greeted us when we arrived. She sent several photos. Nugget looked relaxed and comfortable. Keri accommodated us when we were running late for pickup. We will certainly use her services again.
Keri is fantastic! She took great care of our 11 week old puppy. She kept us posted on how she was doing and sent pictures. We will definitely be using Keri to sit our pup again!

I love being outside but understand each animals’ needs vary, whether that is a short walk, play at the park or field trip to the dog park. We have a small fenced outdoor area where the pups can potty and bathe in the sun. I do my best to keep your animal’s schedule to prevent significant change.

I prefer to have as much information about your pet before hand, as possible: what is their typical day, high/low energy, rules followed at home, leash behaviors, interactions with other humans and dogs, feeding habits, active training.
A typical day
Again, love to spend time outside including short and long walks around the neighborhood. While at home I do my best to make the pets comfortable and try to keep habits/schedules as close as possible to home life.

Availability
On days that I am available I will be home… either working from home or not working at all. My day will be focused on making your pup feel at home, along with exercise and potty breaks.
