Hi I’m Kenzie! I’m a 22 year old animal lover whose had many pets throughout my life including dogs, cats, and various small animals. I also have plenty of experience with pet-sitting cats and dogs and walking all sizes and ages of dogs. I have experience taking care of senior dogs on a daily schedule of meds, reactive dogs on walks, and puppies adjusting to a new home. So if you are looking for a dependable person with a flexible schedule to accommodate whatever your pet needs are and make sure they feel loved and cared for while you’re away, I’m the person for you!

Kenzie was wonderful with our dogs and cat! She communicated any updates to us and sent lots of photos. Kenzie was also transparent on any issues and was problem-solving them and staying flexible with her schedule to adjust as needed. Came home to tired pups too :) We would love to have her back in the future!!
This was our first time using Rover. It was a great experience because Kenzie took amazing care of our dog and cat while we were away! She clearly loves animals and cares for them like they are her own. She came over for a meet and greet before we left and sent us messages and cute pictures every visit. She was always on time and communicated well. Thank you Kenzie!!!

Kenzie has been walking Calvin, my 8 year old mixed terrier, since May. Last Spring he started having accidents in house during the day. She stops by in the middle of the day to walk and play with him. Within a week she got him back on schedule and we have been accident free all summer! He gets so excited when he sees her and as a dog mom nothing makes me happier to know he’s in good hands. She’s reliable, caring and always happy to help. I’m so glad she’s been here to give Calvin some extra love when I’m gone during the day. She treats him with the same care she’d give her own dogs, which is what you want in a dog sitter/walker. I can tell she is passionate about animals and truly enjoys caring for animals.

It’s important to know the personality of a dog and what it’s daily routine sort of looks like so I can fit right into that. Their ages and health conditions are also important if I need to make any special accommodations. It makes my life much easier when any reactivity, separation anxiety, or triggers are discussed as well. Any other favorites like toys or treats your pet has are greatly appreciated so I can make them feel at home.
A typical day
Lots of walks/play and cuddles! I want your furry friend to trust me and look forward to our time together. We can also do various activities involving training or enrichment as requested by the client.

I work remotely so have a fairly flexible schedule when it comes to accommodating your pet! I have had cats and dogs growing up my whole life so I am used to planning my day around their various needs.
