Pet care experience
My first job at 16 was at a pet shop working with puppies + adult dogs providing daily interaction and care while learning about the varying demeanors and behaviors of many different dog breeds. I've grown up surrounded by animals with our family pets including two Australian Shepherds with two completely different personalities as well as two rambunctious cats that either wanted nothing to do with people or everyone's attention at once. I also currently own 3 cats of varying age who currently live with me. I have walked dogs and pet sat since I was 11 years old, and I enjoy every minute of it!

Kenzie has been raising my family's aussies since they were farm pups and we couldn't be happier with Kenzie's work! She is very communicative and connected with the dogs, and our Aussies seem to love her. She's been with our dogs for the past fifteen years and has been a staple in their upbringing.
Kenzie does great with Jasper and Bella our two golden retrievers when we have her walking them when we go on vacation. Jasper and Bella also seem to really like her dog Cleo, Would recommend Kenzie to take great care of your pups, and we cannot thank her enough.
I've hired Kenzie to take care of our three cats on numerous occasions, and she has done amazing with them every single time! Our senior cat requires liquid medication by mouth every morning, and Kenzie was able to administer that to him with no problem. I find that our cats get confused as to why she isn't coming to visit them when she isn't watching them for us, they love her!

If you do allow me to take care of your pup, I do request a written sheet containing all instructions on what schedule you would like me to follow with your pup, any medications that are needing to be administered by me and the times in which I am needing to do so, any behaviors or quirks I need to be aware of, and if there are any specific activities that your dog enjoys the most!
A typical day
I love to take pups on walks and play with dogs however they prefer to be interacted with. Each dog is different! If your pup gets along with other dogs, I have access to a dog-friendly pool that I can bring them to if that is something their owner is comfortable with allowing.

I work a remote job as a software-developer so my schedule is completely flexible. I have the privilege of setting my own schedule for my daily work so I will be able to prioritize your pet's needs no matter the time.
