I have grown up around numerous animals, raising puppies of different breeds as well. I have been around dogs from Great Danes to Chihuahuas, so size is not an issue. I am experienced in grooming to an amateur degree and giving animals medicine when prescribed. While I am flexible and want my four legged guests to feel at home I will of course adhere to the rules given to them at home, wether that is no furniture, no jumping, etc. I am an active person so I welcome dogs that need to have longer walks or even joggs! I do have stairs leading up to my home so this might be an issue for senior dogs. We do have a Golden Retriever/ Border Collie mix who is a little over a year old. He is very energetic and social but responds very well to other dogs and cats.
