I came home to crusted cat vomit on my TV stand (something that had to have been sitting there for at least a few days), the whole place smelled like fish (my cat's food), also my cat's fresh food had been crusted over on his plate. I had told her that she needed to clean and/or wipe down his bowl the day after every feed so that it doesn't crust over and get gross. She did not do that. My cat looked like he had lost weight when I got back, probably because he did not want to eat food on top of crusted old food. There were torn-up packages of food not only in my kitchen (beef jerky that was on the counter, so the cat must have gotten into it, as well as treat bags that were torn apart and eaten out of. I am pretty sure that is because she did not clean out the bowl so my cat was forced to find food elsewhere. Also, my dog had an accident that had a red-colored stool in it. I should have been notified if my dog was having discoloration in her stool. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and came home to a complete disaster that made me question whether I would ever travel again after this.

Kenzie is amazing with animals. She is trustworthy, dependable and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a pet sitter. She truly cares.
