Kenna was very nice to speak with, but we didn’t get any updates on how our cats were doing just 3-4 pictures after each visit. We came home and their hard food bowl was empty, their wet food bowls were dirty, the litter box was hardly scooped if at all, and our door was not dead-bolted (we live in the city). We also paid for an hour visit each time and she left before the hour was up for most visits.

We consider ourselves so lucky to have found Kenna to care for our pets. We have always been worried when leaving them but in her care, everything went perfectly. She was extremely attentive and professional. It was obvious from the start that she was an animal lover. They are typically a bit shy but definitely enjoyed the time she spent with them. She kept us updated daily with photos and messages which was such a thoughtful bonus. Along with the normal tasks involved with pet sitting she also brought in the mail and watered plants! We would gladly recommend her to anyone in need!
