Pet care experience
I have grown up with animals my whole life and cared for them from a young age. I currently have a pitbull puppy, a german shepherd, and a cat. I also gained additional experience during the summer of 2018 when I worked in a kennel that required me to look after up to 100 dogs at a time. Since then, I have been pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family in my free time.

Kenna has been wonderful for me. She is always on time, which is of the upmost importance to me. I sometime have to work long days and my pups would be stuck otherwise. My three pups absolutely love her and it’s obvious she treats them like her own. She takes them on long walks for me and feeds them when my schedule needs. I’m thankful to have had her available to pick up where I sometimes cannot provide for my fur babies.
Kenna was great watching our two puppies and bunny while we went on vacation. She made me feel really comfortable knowing they would be taken care of and sent me frequent updates on how they were doing. I would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

My top priority is ensuring that your animals are happy and comfortable while they are away from you. Since I am only living in Charlottesville for a year, my own pets will be staying at home with my parents. I am really interested in pet care because I love animals more than anything and still want the opportunity to interact with them. I am living in a large two bedroom apartment with plenty of open space. I am willing to either house your animals or come to you to care for them! I am also available for dog walking in the evenings or weekends!

I am currently working for AmeriCorps in Charlottesville where I split duties between the office and working from home. Due to this schedule, I would be available occasionally during daytime work hours; as well as always after 5pm and weekends.
