Major dog lover. I might prefers animals to humans... Dog foster mom (when my life permits). I live in the Logan-Shaw-Mount Vernon Square area in an apartment in a very dog friendly building - so small and medium dogs are most welcome! I am available to dog sit during the weekend and over holiday weekends if I'm in town. I enjoy being outside and I love to take a dog with me on long walks. The Shaw dog park is nearby my building and I have a lot of close friends with dogs and go regularly with them to the congressional cemetery during off leash hours and to Glen Carlyn off leash park in Va. Dogs always seem to feel right at home with me!

Chester had a great time with Kendra! Very easy and organized.
Kendra was an excellent dog sitter. Nikki was under a lot of stress because of traveling and not staying in the house she knew. Also, she is not a friendly dog towards humans or other dogs. However Kendra was able to get her to warm up to her, and the following day, Nikki went to her willingly. If I ever need a dog sitter in DC, Kendra would be my first choice.
Keely was in phenomenal hands with Ms. Kendra. In fact, she whimpered and gazed longingly in her direction when I came to pick her up - an obvious sign that she had a blast! Kendra sent lots of photos and videos during Keely's stay, which helped me feel comfortable that she was well taken care of. I will definitely book with Kendra again! Thank you for taking such great care of my peanut. =0)
Kendra was beyond wonderful with my dog! He has separation anxiety and was more nervous than usual about being in a new home. I couldn't imagine anyone more compassionate and caring than Kendra to handle the situation! She took incredible care of him.
