A typical day
At Shepherd Sanctuary, each day is filled with fun, socialization, and activities tailored to keep your fur baby happy and engaged. A typical day includes: Drop-Off: Welcoming dogs and owners with a warm greeting and check-in process. Group Play Sessions: Supervised playtime with other dogs, promoting socialization and exercise. Individual Attention: Personalized interaction with myself and Zac including belly rubs, fetch, or training exercises. Rest and Relaxation: Scheduled nap times to recharge and ensure your dog stays refreshed throughout the day. Outdoor Time: Scheduled walks or outdoor play to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Breakfast/Dinner/Snack Time: Providing treats or meals you’ve left as per your dog's dietary needs. Daily Updates: Regular communication with owners, including photos and updates on their dog's activities and well-being. End-of-Day / stay Pickup: Saying goodbye to our furry guests and ensuring a smooth transition back home. Throughout the day, myself and my partner Zac closely monitor all activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every dog in our care.
