Dogs in particular are my favourite animals and for some reason they also seem to absolutely love me too! I decided to join Rover because I want to have more experience with different pets. One day I would like to open up my own business with these types of services. I don't really consider myself an ordinary petlover, I don't just provide pets with just love, I provide them with everything that I have to offer. I am full-time at home, so I will always be giving them attention, I will make sure that they go home learning something new, whether it is a new trick, or a funnier personality. I take this job seriously and it means the world to me to get a notification. I do charge a little more than the average but it is because I am full time on Rover. And I drive to take your pet to awesome places. I will take them to parks, I will send you videos and pictures. This job is certainly my passion. I have been in love with animals all of my life. I grew up with dogs of all sizes my entire life. They have always been my best friends and honestly, they make me so happy. It’s an absolute honour if you choose me to care for your pet. I have my own Pomeranian dog, he is going to be 8 years old this year. He is really like a son to me and he surely acts like a child. I will provide the same love I have with my dog towards your pets. Pets aren't just pets, but more like family and deserve to know it. I do not have volunteer experience but I do have experience with different dog breeds, ages, and personalities. My dog is extremely spoiled, shy, and awkward. He is unsure on how to socialize with other dogs and tends to hide when around. He is a jealous type but he just accepts it. He knows that afterwards I will give him all the attention and love. I have dealt with dogs who are tiggers when walking, dogs who give up on the walk and lay down for a LONG TIME, dogs who get aggressive, dogs that want to say hello to everyone, and even some people who just despise dogs and don’t want them near them. Which is why I always keep the dog close to me as possible when on a walk. I officially graduates from grooming school so if you need your dog to get a good scrubbing, ill be more than happy to do it for you. I will bathe them, dry them, and brush them. I can bring my own equipment if you would like as well. I have a de shedding conditioner, shampoo that fleas hate, and whitening shampoo. I also have a balm for their paws, sometimes their paws can be very cracked and it hurts them sometimes, so I will provide their paws with moisture. If you have a toothbrush for them, I will also be more than glad to brush their teeth as well, once a day. I will give them a lovely massage in the bath and fluffy dry! So maybe on the map, I seem far away from you, but if it’s an emergency or you need someone last minute. I am the person to contact. **Example** If it’s 12am, and you need someone to be at your house for 8am because your flights at 6am, I’ll be there to check on your pet. Whatever you need to feel comfortable, I’m more than glad to provide you with it. —————————————————————— Things to know for Dog boarding STARTING IN JUNE -If the dog is staying longer than one week, I will be bringing the dog to the cottage up in Tobermory! - I have Lake Huron right in my backyard! I also have a fenced space as well in the front of my cottage in case your dog is not trained leashed free. , if you would like pictures, please let me know! -I will never let your dog out without supervision, I will always be watching them. -There are a lot of trails near by that I’m more than happy to walk your dog in, I can send you multiple pictures during our walk. -If you are not comfortable, that’s okay too. It’s just something I prefer. - Starting in June, I will be fully qualified as a professional groomer, so it will definitely be a spa vacation for your furry friend! -Bathing and brushing will be free since they will be in the lake (if Longer than 7days) but anything extra such as nails, ear cleaning, hair cutting or trimming, and deshedding shampoos, will be charged.
